Help & FAQ
Where is Nutley Farm?
Nutley Farm is between Crossways and Winfrith Newburgh (postcode DT2 8DT). Please use the postcode and follow the signage. We are in a rural area on a single carriageway lane so please take care and watch out for the cattle that roam the heath. When you exit Nutley Farm, we ask that all traffic turn left and follow the single carriageway road back to the A352
What time should I arrive?
We ask you to please arrive during our allocated time slots, which are 4-4:45 pm, 5-5:45 pm, 6- 6:45 pm and 7-7:30pm.
These are your arrival times, and you are not restricted to how long you can stay with us.
How can I contact you?
For all ticket enquiries, you need to contact Ticketbo service@ticketebo.co.uk they will be able to assist you with all ticket-related enquiries.
For non-ticket-related enquiries and for carers vouchers, please email bookings@nutleyevents.co.uk.
What should I wear?
Our Christmas experience takes place outside on a purpose-built path. Therefore sturdy outside footwear such as walking boots or wellington boots will be required with suitable outdoor clothing.
How long is the illuminated walk?
The walk is approximately 600 metres long. You are welcome to walk around more than once.
Is the illuminated walk outside?
The walk is all outside and lighting may be low level in some areas, so we do suggest you bring a torch in case of an emergency. Please make sure you have appropriate footwear and clothing.
What time does the illuminated walk end?
Our last admission is at 7:30 pm and the trial will not close until all visitors have left.
Are there toilets?
We have toilets located in the Christmas courtyard. We also have nappy changing facilities in the main toilet with a child step and potty.
Can I bring my dog?
Only assistance dogs can attend.
Is the illuminated trail accessible by wheelchair, pushchairs and buggies?
The trial has been set up to be as accessible as possible within the context of the farmland where the event is taking place. The path is covered in astroturf so wheelchairs, buggies, and pushchairs can access. It is bumpy and the ground is uneven in some places.
What is the eligibility to bring a carer?
Organisations and groups are advised to contact us by email to book their carers’ tickets.
One carer’s ticket is valid per order, address and Name.
Supporting Documentation must be emailed to bookings@nutleyevents.co.uk at least 7 days before you are due to attend. A carer’s confirmation voucher will then be sent for you to show when you arrive. Without this confirmation voucher, carers will need to pay the full entry fee. We support the following documentation; however, 1:1 care must be explicitly stated in the award letter:
- Benefit Award Letter: A recent letter (within 1 year) confirming entitlement to PIP (Personal Independence Payment), DLA (Disability Living Allowance for children or adults), or Attendance Allowance.
- Carer Allowance Letter: A letter from the local authority confirming you receive Carer’s Allowance.
- Access Card +1: This card may be used but must show the level of care and may need one of the above pieces of supporting documentation.

When will I be able to see the reindeer?
You will be able to see the Reindeer at the start and end of the illuminated trail.
Can I feed the reindeer?
Yes, you will be able to purchase reindeer food for £2 per cup. Only food purchased from us can be given to the Reindeer. Do NOT bring any food or try to give the Reindeer any other food or carrots. They have very sensitive stomachs and must not be given anything other than what we have provided.
The Reindeer are very sociable and most of the time are always hungry so are keen to feed from you. However, they are animals and will do what they want to, on some occasions they may just lie down or not want to feed and this must be respected even though it may be disappointing.
Can we see Father Christmas?
Yes, Father Christmas is an added optional extra based on availability. You will need a separate ticket for Father Christmas, which is available at the time of booking. Father Christmas has limited availability, so it’s advisable to book early.
